April 3, 2010 Administartive offence case was initiated under the section 14.10 of RF Сode of Administrative Violations at Khabarovsk customs upon illegal use of trade mark "G-STAR".
March 30, 2010 "Torgovyi dom Borisa Smirnova" trademark was reserved after the rightholder.
March 28, 2010 Apple has bought from Fujitsu a right on trademark iPad which was registered by Japonese inside the USA in 2003. Financial side of deal holds confidential, the deal was fulfilled 17th of March.
March 26, 2010 Federal Fiscal Enterprise “Souzplodo-import” is in litigation with Rospatent which divested it of the trademark “Cod liver”. Registration was revoked at request of large producer of preserves under this mark – “Murmansk trawler fleet”.
